Circle of Care is a network of highly trained care professionals. We work as a team and have extensive knowledge of the medical and psychological challenges, as well as the growing needs that are part of the aging process. We extend a heart-centered care approach to serving our elders.

The caregivers we refer from our registry have extensive training and experience in providing in-home care. Our orientation process also focuses on the psychological care needs and dynamics of the family system.

Each of our caregivers is:

  • Screened and interviewed
  • Reference-checked
  • Verified for work experience
  • Required to pass a criminal background check
  • Insured and bonded

All of our caregivers are required to have current automobile insurance coverage and reliable transportation. Many of our caregivers also have healthcare-related backgrounds, such as nursing assistants, medical aides, and naturopathic studies, physical therapy, and mental health. Education is a priority, thus many of us have attended or hold certifications for coursework related to:

  • Hospice and palliative care
  • Medication and documentation
  • Alzheimer’s disease and dementia
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Diabetes
  • Depression and psychological disorders
  • Family systems and dynamics
  • Active, empathetic and reflective communication

“You and your great Circle of Care team have given my husband a renewed sense of  dignity and a hope that life will go on in a positive way.  And you have given me a sense of comfort and feelings of support and great care during the many stages and transitions of his care. It’s hard to express my  gratitude for all you have done.”
